It may not be an obvious subject (just as is it not easy to photograph so it looks appealing), but today I am thinking of how wonderful alphabet pasta is. It adds an element of fun to what falls under the category of ‘vegetables’ to a three year old, suddenly transforming a hearty home-made soup into a magical dish that comes alive, as letters are fished out and studied, then hungrily devoured! What a joy it is to share these occasions, ensuring that meal times are a pleasure – grazie…
