The tunnel-house

A train tunnel, a stable, a doll’s house… a zoo… with a little imagination it can be anything!

The internal cardboard packaging from a suitcase has been quickly transformed into a novel gift for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Equipped with windows, doors and a chimney (with a trapdoor for a wolf)… who knows what adventures it will inspire…

… and while I was so happily engaged in ‘recycling’, I cut and sewed part of her ‘padded baby cot protector’ in to a cushion for the tiny school chair (found for 2 euros at a vide grenier and repainted)… giving new life to a well-loved essential.
