Summer harvest

I am reminded of ‘how all life is comprised of cycles’ – as I harvest lavender to dry (at its peak, smothered with butterflies) and inhale deeply. A period of my life is coming to an end as a new beginning lies ahead; after all the joys of discovery here, I can not imagine ‘where’, only stay in the present moment and let it draw near…
