All Saints’ Day

As autumn takes hold the parks and woods beacon, enchanting
the promeneur. Today is a jour férié (public holiday), a time
of remembrance for those who have passed away, as flowers are
placed on their graves – part of the cycle of life, as the season
heralds the passing of a growth phase and the harvest is
now celebrated.
