Panier of Plenty


…is a pomme de terre. A surprise in the panier used to store the
potatoes, it was certainly prepared with love, as I didn’t have the heart
to cut it (but eventually gave in and we ate it all the same, sautéed in
graisse de canard, with garlic and parsley).
