Image Gallery

The Image Gallery introduction is now complete, and as we say au revoir
to Janvier, snow is falling. Tonight’s dinner is a roasted leg of sanglier
(wild boar) that has been marinating in red wine and herbs from the garden,
served on a ‘lit’ of chestnut purée…
